Gemini energy makes me smile, not just a smile, but a big beaming smile, one I feel with my whole body. I find the cheeky trickster energy intriguing. As someone with significant air in their chart I relate well with Gemini's curiosity and inquisitiveness, and the liveliness of their mind.
The curiosity of Gemini lends itself well to the researcher, always digging for information, pulling it all together and then wanting to share it with all who are interested. Gemini’s desire to share can sometimes veer into gossip if not kept in check. Gemini loves a good chat, it’s this that drives their gift of networking to shine through. My experience of Gemini is that they have often asked me five questions before I have managed to answer the first, and this is one of the many things that makes me smile about them, their ever-probing mind. This intellectual curiosity fuels their love for learning, especially through jumping in and experiencing life first hand, feeding their playful side.
This seeking of their curious mind isn't for nothing, there is a genuine desire to understand - the world around them, and you. This curious nature, the questioning and the real interest in what you have to say gives them a warm sociable presence and makes them easy to connect with. I meet Gemini and feel seen, comfortable and lifted. Gemini’s mutable nature makes them adaptable and versatile, great at figuring things out - proper problem-solvers.
This light and playful gathering of information is amazing at making connections, in fact "connection" is Gemini's middle name. They effortlessly link people, places, concepts, and information. This makes me think of a mycelium network, linking the entire forest, making connections, transmitting data, and fostering interconnectedness. Gemini dislikes feeling left out, they like to be in the know. I wonder if part of this comes from a deep-seated need for connection? I wonder if there is a belief for them that not being in the "know" means there is a lack of belonging?
I find Gemini cheeky, in a charming way. I can see how they have the ability to gently nudge things their way or get you to do something for them without you realising it! I find they have a very child-like and playful spirit, making them a lot of fun to be around and generally not ones to get too bogged down in seriousness. This does of course have its repercussions and can lead to them being a bit commitment-shy as they like to keep their options open, trying to pin them down can be like nailing jelly to the wall! This playful energy can sometimes show up as a bit of a trickster if they are feeling under-stimulated or bored, maybe leading to some impulsive or chaotic moments. But underneath Gemini's child-like, playful nature there’s often a deeper emotional layer than you might initially perceive.
Gemini’s skill of communication can truly be a superpower. What relationship wouldn’t benefit from honing communication skills? And I mean all relationships, we relate with everyone, in some way, that comes into or moves through our lives. Where can you bring in some more Gemini playfulness? Where are you a bit too serious? Are you craving some social connection? Is there an old friend you’d like to reconnect with? Harness that Gemini energy and get in touch.
With soul,
Paula
