About Me

My Story

After spending a good part of my life working in finance and for other people, I realised that I wasn’t fulfilled and I was, quite honestly, bored! I had a beautiful home and a well paid job, but I wasn’t really happy, I wasn’t unhappy but I wasn’t lit up and alive, I needed something more.

After embarking upon a journey of developmental life coaching I realised that I had the power to change my life if I wanted to, that it was only me that was keeping myself where I was and it was therefore within my power to change things. So I jacked in the job, rented out my house and took off on the road in my campervan to explore a different way of living and working.

In my two years on the road I learnt so much about myself, I allowed myself to be fallible and make U turns, to change my decisions and be more compassionate with myself. I shed enough tears to make up for all the years I kept a stiff upper lip, and more. I have grown in ways I could never have imagined.

I am now settled in North Wales living life on my terms and inspiring others to do the same.

Qualifications & Experience

Developmental coaching, NLP and astrology have given me the tools to better understand myself and others, and I love to help others in the same way.

To ensure I provide you with comprehensive and effective support, I consistently invest in my professional development. I am a qualified NLP Practitioner (The Coaching Room, May 2024), and I continuously enhance my skills through their mentoring sessions.

I've also completed a Positive Psychology Coaching and attained accreditation level 2 with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), further equipping me with powerful, practical strategies for me to support you in your growth.

My unique integrative approach is further enriched by my studies in Astrology, where I am currently pursuing a Diploma with The Mayo School of Astrology.

What we do with your data

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect your personal data (name, email, phone number) to provide our coaching and astrology services. We only collect sensitive information, such as your session notes, with your explicit consent. We hold your data securely using Google Workspace and never sell it to third parties. We keep your records for 7 years to comply with legal requirements, after which they are securely deleted.

You have rights over your data, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your information.
